If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your Xnowmate to arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Footwear must be in new condition, with no signs of wear, and in original packaging. All returns require a return authorization from Xnowmate Customer Service. We reserve the right to require a photo of the footwear.
