5. Sales conditions

Order cancelations: customers are able to cancel an order only before the shipping process has started, except articles sold under pre-order option which are made specifically for the customer and can not be cancelled by the customer. We reserve the right to cancel any order, standard or pre-order, at any time.

 5.2 Availability

Currently the articles offered through xnowmate.com are available to be delivered anywhere in the world. Orders will be subject to the availability of the product: if there were difficulties in the supply or there are no items in stock, we will let you know when it will be available again, as well as the possibility of acquiring a product with similar characteristics and equal value or higher. If you do not want to order a substitute product or wait to receive new stock of the requested product, we will refund the total amount paid.

5.3 Delivery, costs and delivery times

Our commitment is to deliver the products in perfect condition to the delivery address that you have provided during the purchase process. At all times we will offer you information so you can track the order and the time of delivery.

• EU: the shipping costs are included in the final price and the delivery time is between 2 and 7 working days for articles with available stock
• USA: the shipping costs are included in the final price and the delivery time is between 5 and 10 working days for articles with available stock
• Orders outside EU or USA: the shipping costs are included in the final price and the delivery time is between 5-10 working days for articles with available stock

Pre-orders articles not available in stock do not have a fix delivery date and might be subject of un-expected delays because of manufacturing processes.

5.4 Withdrawal and modification of products

We reserve the right to withdraw any of our products from our website at any time, as well as remove or modify materials or contents thereof, for whatever reasons, without prior notice.

5.5 Product prices

The prices of each product will be published at any time on xnowmate.com. This price will include VAT where applicable.

The price of the shipping costs will be indicated in the final phase of the purchase process, when selecting the country or locality of delivery. The price must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Although we reserve the right to modify the price of the products for sale on xnowmate.com, the price that we charge or reimburse will be the one that was published in the product file at the time of purchase.

5.6 Payment

The payment of the orders can be made through the following modalities: debit or credit card Visa or MasterCard, and Paypal.

We reserve the right to modify, add or delete payment methods, without the user being able to make claims for this reason.

The charge on the card is made in real time through our payment gateway, once the veracity of the data has been verified by the corresponding financial institution. We will not be held responsible in case the issuer of your credit or debit card does not authorize the payment.

Likewise, we reserve the right to take the measures that we consider appropriate, including the cancellation of the order, the collection of an additional surcharge or the blocking of any user. in case of observing suspicious or fraudulent activities.

5.7 Changes and returns

If for any reason you need to change or return your order you have a period of 15 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order (According to article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

You have to send us the product in perfect condition, without using it and in its original packaging, without removing the labels. It is very important that you return the perfectly packaged products. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.

Except for factory defects, returns of used product will not be accepted.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, Xnowmate will proceed to refund the amount of the purchase in the same payment method used in the order.

Returns costs will not be refunded in any case. 

Exchange orders will be delivered under the free shipping option. Xnowmate is not responsible for any duties or taxes regarding this shipping. 

In case of products sold by Pre-Order customer agrees to be refunded in store credit in case an exchange is not chosen or not possible due to lack of stock. This store credit will never expire. Xnowmate will do its best to provide more stock in the shorter term available. 

5.8 Guarantee of the products purchased 

We offer a two years warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material/workmanship, subject to proof of purchase.

Items not covered by this warranty:

• Products older than 2 years from the date of purchase
• General wear
• Excessive use or misuse/abuse
• Alteration
• Products that have been washed without following our suggestions: in hot water or using washing machines, using bleach, or not using neutral soap.
• Products that have been dried in a tumble dryer or near hot spots such as radiators.
• Products damaged by salt water, sharp stones, spikes, nails, or animals.

Waterproof membrane is considered free of defects in production if in a period of six months after the purchase there has not been any leak inside footwear. After that period any waterproof issue will be considered a result of misuse/abuse and therefore not included in this warranty. 

If, after evaluation, a material or manufacturing defect is found to be the cause of the problem you experienced, we will gladly replace your product if it is still available. If it is not in stock, we will issue a store credit to use on our website.

6. Written communications and notifications

The use of xnowmate.com implies the acceptance that the communications with you will take place for the most part through email: all relevant information or notification that we need to communicate will be made through the contact email that you have provided us, fulfilling the same requirements as if they were made in writing on paper.

In any case, we reserve the right to send you information or communications to the postal address that you have given us at the time of placing the order.

7. Nullity or ineffectiveness of the clauses

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, withdraw or terminate the sale of products as well as the contents of xnowmate.com, partially or totally, at any time, and without prior notice to users of the website.

Likewise, we may suspend temporarily and without prior notice access to the web to perform maintenance, repair or improvement.

We reserve the right to cease to exist without prior notice and despite the secondary effects that this may cause in our army of the faithful.
